The goal of the project is the implementation of information technology to manage business transactions electronically, in order to increase revenue growth.
Taking into account the radical changes in the market, new consumer habits, needs and wishes, the company aims to optimize the productivity of its operations by implementing an integrated solution of business management processes and business management system, which will include digitized e-commerce and modern service provision and customer service solutions. The planned implemented solutions will allow the integration of external processes and the automation of internal processes.
Currently, due to inefficient business process solutions, there are errors caused by the human factor, since many processes are performed manually. In order to find out the needs of the client, before the pandemic, it was often necessary to travel and meet with clients live, thus wasting time and reducing work productivity. New e-commerce solutions will be digitized, which will positively affect employee productivity and time costs. The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund as a means of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The total value of the project is EUR 67056.40.
From the European Regional Development Fund, the implementation of the project is allocated –
EUR 49997.25.
