TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Purchase and return
When purchasing the product, the buyer understands that after payment and signing the contract, the Product cannot be returned or exchanged, and no claims are accepted after acceptance.
The Buyer acknowledges that he was given all the opportunities to fully and thoroughly inspect and check the Product before signing this contract, the Buyer has fully and thoroughly inspected the Product and by signing this Contract confirms that he accepts the Product specified in the contract, has no claims and will not have any in the future.
2. Delivery and collection of goods
Delivery of goods is not carried out, all purchased/rented goods are collected by the buyer upon arrival at our address: Marijampolės st. 3A, Puskelnių village, Marijampole municipality.
